This session will look at offending related outcomes from the 5 year evaluation of the Jigsaw Support Housing First Offenders Project and the current Greater Manchester Housing First programme.
We will consider them in the context of desistance theory and current best practice when working with people with experience of the criminal justice system. What has worked, why do we think that is, and what this can tell us about future commissioning of Housing First services.
