In this session we will consider the role and effectiveness of housing first for women, hearing how to deliver housing first services for women and the impact gender specific services can make.
Presenters from domestic abuse charity Standing Together will present learning from the Westminster VAWG Housing First and preliminary findings from the 4th year of the project, as well as presenting on where Housing First fits within the Whole Housing Approach to domestic abuse. Manchester Action on Street Health will present on their work with women who sex work and their partnership with Greater Manchester Housing First.
