About this speaker
Building on over a decade’s experience in frontline homelessness support, Jo joined Homeless Link in 2015 and has delivered a range of activity to shape the development of homelessness services across England, including driving uptake of trauma informed care and Housing First.
In her role managing the Housing First England project from 2016-2020, Jo led the development of the Principles for England and delivered most of the early guidance and support offered to the sector to enable areas to develop high-fidelity services.
