About this speaker
Carl Brown is a Systems Practice Manager at MEAM, providing bespoke systems-focused support to help local areas to effectively address complex challenges linked to multiple disadvantage. Prior to MEAM, Carl held several roles related to Housing First, where he enjoyed working as a Navigator and Service Manager before spending 18 months as an evaluator for the national Housing First Pilot. As someone with lived experience of homelessness and multiple disadvantage, he is passionate about his work. Carl also has experience working within transformational teams, applying systems thinking methods to bring about positive change, working within the private sector, police and social housing providers.
